• Is there a room available for interviews?
  • Absolutely! Please use the sign up sheet located outside of Room 113 to claim as many 15 minute blocks as you may need.
• Where will the event be taking place on campus?
  • Wesleyan Hall- the address doesn’t have a number associated with it, but you can search Cramer Way, Florence, AL 35630
    
• Do you have parking instructions?
  
  • Below is a map of available public parking around campus.
• What are the booth setup time frames?
  • Thursday- 8:00- 8:30
    
  • Friday- 7:30- 8:00
• What are the exhibit hours?
  
  • Thursday- 8:30 – 9:30
    
  • Friday- 8:00 – 9:00
    
  • Additionally, students and professionals typically walk around the exhibit area during breaks and lunch each day. The conference schedule can be found at above.
• Outbound shipping instructions?
  • We have a mail room on campus, so if you will provide a return shipping label, we would be happy to drop it off for you!

Sponsorship Packages

Gold Sponsor - $1,000
This package carries the highest level of UNAGAA support and provides the sponsor with the following: (5) conference registrations; Name recognition on all marketing as “Sponsored By…”; Recognition at Awards Luncheon; Logo on website; 2 exhibit booths.

Silver Sponsor - $750
This is the 2nd highest level of UNAGAA support and provides the sponsor with the following: (4) conference registrations; Logo on website; 1 exhibit booth.

Bronze Sponsor - $400
This advanced level of UNAGAA support provides the sponsor with the following: (3) conference registrations; Logo on website; 1 exhibit booth.

Vendor Booth - $200
One conference registration included

* If you are a vendor, refer to the sponsor package chosen by your organization for the number of registrations included.
**Free lunch provided for the first 25 geography students to sign up (student ID required)

Scholarship Program

The UNAGAA Scholarship Program annually recognizes students with outstanding promise of success. Contributions of $25 or more will be recognized at the Awards Presentation. If you cannot attend this year’s conference this is a great way to still contribute.
